Submission Guidelines and Behavior Standards for Contributors:

To ensure a positive and fair environment for both contributors and users, we have established the following guidelines for submitting graphics and overlays to our platform:

1. Quality Standards for Listed Assets:

   • All listed assets must meet a minimum resolution of 720p (1280 x 720 pixels).
   • While the minimum requirement is 720p, contributors are encouraged to provide assets with a higher resolution, such as 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels).

2. Optimizing Stream Graphics for Compatibility:

   • Preferred file formats for static graphics include PNG or JPEG.
   • For animated graphics (Motion Graphics), consider using formats like GIF, WebM, or MP4.
   • Optimize file sizes without compromising quality to ensure efficient streaming performance.
   • Contributors are encouraged to test their graphics on OBS Studio to ensure smooth playback without causing performance issues.

3. Behavior and Pricing Guidelines for Contributors:

   a. Acceptance of Guidelines:

   • Contributors must explicitly agree to and adhere to our submission guidelines when listing their animated graphics or overlays on our platform.
   • By submitting animated graphics, contributors affirm that their work meets the specified quality standards and that they will abide by the platform's rules and guidelines.

   b. User-Defined Pricing for Static Graphics, Overlays, and Assets:

   • Contributors have the freedom to set the price for their static graphics, overlays, and any other assets they submit to the store.
   • Pricing should be reasonable and competitive, aligning with industry averages and fair market value.
   • Overpricing for assets will be reviewed, and contributors may be advised to adjust their pricing for the overall benefit of the community.

   c. Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior:

   • Any behavior that violates our guidelines, including overpricing animated graphics, explicit content, nudity, or other violations, will result in the delisting of the contributor's overlays and graphics from the store.
   • The contributor may be suspended from submitting new animated graphics or overlays for a period of 7-14 business days, depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation.

   d. Copyright Disclaimer:

   • Accepting the guidelines does not transfer the copyright holder's rights.
   • Copyright holders retain full rights to their submitted work.
   • Violations of the store's guidelines may result in the removal of the contributor's rights to their submitted work.

   e. Appeals Process:

   • Contributors have the right to appeal a suspension by providing a clear explanation and commitment to adhering to the guidelines in the future.
   • Appeals will be reviewed, and the suspension period may be adjusted based on the circumstances.

These guidelines are in place to foster a fair and supportive community within our store. We appreciate the cooperation of all contributors in maintaining a positive marketplace for both creators and users.
